Hi, I’m a professional female currently working from home 2 days a week. I’m looking for a roommate to share a sunny 2 bedroom apartment in Astoria. The common areas of the apartment are completely furnished and the bedroom will be unfurnished. Bedroom fits a queen size bed and there's room for a desk/dresser along with the armoire already in the room. The apartment is located on a quiet street in a two story building. It’s a five minute walk to the Ditmars train stop (N/W line) and close to grocery stores, Citibike, Target (new), bars, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Astoria Park. The rent is $1100 plus ½ utilities (Coned and internet). The room is available September 1st. To move-in provide first month's rent plus 1 month security deposit, references and proof of income. I’m looking for a professional, responsible and clean roommate who can commit to at least a 1-year stay and is willing to sign a 12-month lease agreement. No smokers and no pets. No couples please.
