Room available in 1400sf downtown apartment. 2b2b, with balcony, in unit w/d, attached garage, gyms, dog park, etc. I’m a hyrbid worker but mostly go into the office. I have an australian shepherd so you have to be okay with higher energy dogs - but he’s on the smaller side. I like sports and skiing. Just got a motorcycle so have been really enjoying riding during the nicer weather. My roommate is moving out so hoping to find someone to move in some time in October. most of the furniture is hers, so if you have furniture you want to bring, we will have the space for it. This will be a short term lease as our lease ends at the end of March.
