The rent is $1802 and utilities are about $85 every month for gas, electric, and internet. THE APARTMENT: The 3-bed, 2-bath apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. There's a ton of common space in the kitchen and our huge living/dining room area with lots of light through the large bay windows. The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, four blocks from Chestnut St with lots of great restaurants, stores, and workout studios. Safeway is a 12-minute walk away. The 30X picks up right outside the apartment for an easy, 30-minute commute downtown, and there's a ton of street parking if you have a car. THE ROOM: The room is a great size, easily fitting a Queen-size bed, a dresser, desk, and more. It has a spacious sliding door closet, and windows overlooking the courtyard, allowing for natural light but no street noise. YOU: A full-time professional female in their mid-to-late 20s. We are looking for somebody who is friendly, respectful, and clean. No pets. THE ROOMATES: Two mid/late twenties female roommates, working in Consulting and Pharma. We both are on hybrid work models, so we will be working from home and going into the office throughout the week. We keep it low key during the week - cooking, watching TV, and working out - but are in and out of the apartment during the weekend exploring the city and hanging out with friends.
