$1,640 / 1br - Room 1640 in Glen Park with Private bath, Near Bart & Glen Park Canyon

Three of us currently share a large home with incredible views. We recently had our 4th house mate move our, which is the Master Bedroom we are renting out. The room is large 12x14 with 2 closets & a large private restroom. There is additional storage available in hallway closets & the garage. Street parking is a breeze, zero break ins, super safe and respectful neighborhood. 5 min walk downhill to Bart Station Glen Park, charming cafes & GUS grocery (canyon market) as well as the famous burrito shop La Corneta. Ocean Beach is 15 min drive (due to lights) and the summer music festival Stern Grove is 10 min drive. We have 2 cats that stick to downstairs mostly. Who are we? Female 36- works for non profits as an executive director, Male 42 EHS Manager at EV company (not tesla- *husband to 36 female in house (we met as roommates in this home :) , Male 30s from Canada, works in finance, amazing cook and active with biking and hikes. We get along very well, we share stories about work or have planned outings to Giants games or stern grove. If you want your alone time, no worries, we also value our privacy. The House: new washer and dryer, new refrigerator, new dish washer, great water pressure, cleaners who come every 2 weeks ( we split that cost evenly). WE added a shared gym in the garage during covid and fell in love not having the cars in the garage. We have built a full gym at this point, if you know your way around equipment most anything you need we have. Feel free to add. The view: our home sits at the edge of a street up against glen park canyon entrance . you can see the hills behind fremont and the bay from upstairs. The balcony is rarely used, wed love to see someone spend time on it :) The living room, dining room *shared space are littered with expensive houseplants --- we got em all. Plenty of room to have friends over for a game night or to read a book. If you have a TV to add to the living room we are into it!. we also have shared WFH spaces, although calls get loud. Currently only the 36 year old female works from home, so not too much day noise. Bart: Glen Park bart station is a quick 5-7 min walk down hill... walking back up will train those glutes. We are open to all walks of life, we don not tolerate hate, fuck maga, we love anyone who is not concerned with ruining the world or earth. We are kind but all hard working successful adults. This is not a party house, but yes plan a dinner party or evening event at the home---> no Ragers.. nothing crazy Pets: we have 2 cats, that is all that is allowed on the lease. NO dogs, if we were allowed we would have 1 already. Weve tried, land lord is firm. No fish or fish tanks due to hard wood floors. 420 friendly!!! we love wine and seltezers. Our landlords are amazing, we get along with them well, they fix things quickly.. zero suffering.
