The room is very bright and spacious, and the room will also have its own private bathroom that has a stand-up shower. This place is great for someone who does not have a lot of stuff. The ideal roommate would be a working professional who is clean, quiet, respectful, and a non-smoker. No drugs and no drama. Small dogs may be ok and we can discuss more. My previous roommate has kept the room in great condition and has been very responsible in paying rent while being very clean and quiet too. The financial requirement for the potential roommate would be that they have good credit as well as a stable job. I would prefer that they work outside the home, but I am open to those who work at home. This all depends on the person. Their gross income would need to be 2.5 times or higher than the base rent.
