$1,350 Large Furnished Room on the Panhandle (San Francisco)

We are renting a furnished room located on the top floor of a specious Victorian with hardwood floors and a lot of natural light. The room is big and bright, nice view, includes a full bed with linens, a dresser, a desk and chair and more. You would be sharing the house with 3-4 awesome humans a fluffy but super clean cat. However if you are looking for a social environment, that's not us. Although everyone is friendly and courteous, we are all busy with our lives and mostly keep to ourselves. A large, well equipped kitchen is available for light cooking. The rate is $1350 plus $150 flat fee for utilities, TP etc. A security deposit of $1500 is required prior to moving in. The house is right on the Panhandle, a few blocks from the entrance of Golden Gate Park with plenty of shopping and dining options on Haight, Fulton, and Divisadero as well as transportation options.
