The room: - *Super* sunny (southeast-facing windows mean sunlight all day) - Enough space for a queen bed and desk, plus a pretty big closet - Fire escape with an amazing view The apartment: - Top floor walkup (fourth floor) - Central AC/heat - Dishwasher - Laundry in building (free!) - Bike room - Rooftop - Furnished backyard - Literally the best landlord of all time The location: - Just one block from the M and four blocks to the L - Close to Maria Hernandez Park and countless coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc. Who we are: - Zach: 31, musician, day job is helping people organize their homes - Alejandro: 32, artist, day job is video editing and motion graphics stuff Who we’re looking for: - Late 20s/early 30s - Someone who works from an office or is out of the house a lot (no WFH please) - Doesn’t smoke or vape - Minimal stuff (we like to keep a minimalist vibe) - We don’t have to be best friends, but it’s a pretty cozy space, so we’re definitely looking for someone who it’d be fun to occasionally hang out with while cooking dinner, etc. Other stuff: - $1350 + utilities (usually ~$150 each) - $500 security deposit - Move in 10/1, month-to-month lease Text or email me with any questions or to schedule a viewing!
