The rent is $1300 + utilities ( ~$125 per month). Off-street parking possible with extra costs. It is at a great location that is right next to Wholefoods on Beacon St, ~15 minute walk to Red Line at Central Square, ~10 minute walk to the Green Line at Union Square, and walking distance to Harvard and MIT as well.
