Whole Foods / TJ’s / Vons / etc close by. First floor living room, kitchen and half-bathroom. Second floor (accessed by a mid century modern staircase) has two bedrooms and the shared full bathroom. Your (unfurnished) room has lots of natural light and a built-in closet. Laminate floors throughout. The apartment has not had any pets, so it’s free of pet odors. I am a young female professional who works 8-7+, mostly out of the house, and I like to keep things quiet during the week. On the weekends I’m usually out — with friends, hiking, beach, etc. — basically enjoying all the wonderful things Southern California weather gives us year round. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, trustworthy and easygoing roommate with a similar lifestyle and positive energy who plans to stay at least a year. My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, and that is the only reason I am not mad at her for leaving me :) We keep the common areas very clean, something you must also be committed to. We have a great relationship, there is good communication, we both clean up after ourselves - in sum, we keep things in good shape and I expect the same from the next person.
