The owner has a sweet mid-age dog who lives in the house; however no additional pets are allowed. There is a basement with lots of storage, and an inhouse washer/dryer. I am looking for a mature, responsible professional or grad student. Must be clean, neat and tidy and willing to contribute to maintaining house cleanliness. We are environmentally conscious and like plants. The backyard is a work in progress, but we welcome garden lovers. There is a stone patio in the back.
