The room is approximately 10' x 11' with a fairly large window, and a spacious closet. The room will be unfurnished. The unit has a large living room, kitchen (with dishwasher) and a full bathroom which you will share with two male grad student/young professional housemates. A coin/app-operated laundry machine and dryer are on-site and shared with the other 6 units in the building. A parking spot (uncovered) is available on site. The building itself is located near Bonita & Rose, in a quiet N. Berkeley neighborhood, close to Gourmet Ghetto and is approximately a 20 min walk or a 10 min bike ride to campus or downtown and has easy access to bus routes 7 and 18 on Shattuck and 12 and 27 on MLK.
