Photos show a king bed. The shared living and dining space is bright and comfortable, and there’s a sunny deck that overlooks trees in the backyard, which is being newly landscaped this year. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and central AC throughout the unit. I also have a free, in-building washer and dryer that’s private to us, plus some basement storage space for things like your bike. Rent is $1,200 per month, with utilities and internet averaging about $120 total per month. Preferred lease until August 31, 2026, but shorter or flexible lease possible. First month’s rent plus a $1,200 security deposit are due at signing. I work from home during the day and enjoy a quiet, respectful household.
