$1,200 / 150ft2 - Room Open in Sunny Large Creative Oakland Home (oakland lake merritt / grand)

Room open for September 15th (and possibly sooner) in Oakland near Lake Merritt, Downtown Oakland, 580, Park Boulevard and more! The room is sunny and LARGE (about 9 x 17) with a walk in closet, and is $1200 a month. We're two mature males, both gainfully employed and very active in our lives. Roommate 1 works full time and attends classes online via Zoom once a week. When not working or in school he's making music at his practice space, performing, doing photography or enjoying the outdoors. Roommate 2 works as a metal fabricator, part time yoga instructor who also plays drums in a couple local samba groups. We're both very musically inclined so would definitely help if any potential roommate was a musician, artist or creator of some sort. The house itself is also large and sunny. Our spacious living room doubles up as a photography studio, music recording space, jam space, a place for movie night and Roommate 2 occasionally hosts a Karaoke night there. The kitchen is large with a gas stove. We like to keep the sink dish free and keep it clean, but we're not OCD about it We're open to any gender / orientation, but keep in mind whoever moves in will be sharing their bathroom with a clean, mature adult male. Laundry onsite, a large sunny deck, that is gathering more plants on it - hoping to have a couple spice and/or flower beds by the end of summer. We're both very open and communicative and expect the same. The sooner an issue is broached the quicker it will be resolved. We're both very accommodating. Currently there's only on-street parking but that may change. Looking forward to hearing from you!
