The room is 11ft x 10ft with a closet, big enough to fit a queen bed comfortably. There is a dresser and queen mattress already there that you can keep or we can get rid of. The upstairs bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. There is also a half bathroom downstairs that is not used. We are on a quiet dead-end street with plenty of parking. Walking distance to Little Italy and many other great spots like Blue Water Seafood, Starlite, Regal Beagle and the Aero Club. A little about us, we are two males, late 30s and have been living here over 7 years. Our interests include sports, music, breweries, golfing, exploring new spots and enjoying the ones around here we like so much. When home, we are typically watching sports or TV and even sometimes using our firepit on the patio. We are 420 friendly. We're looking for someone similar that would be a good fit. $1200 a month includes everything (electric/trash/water/internet). Security deposit is $800.
