$1,150 Two 20s professionals seeking 3rd for sunny modern apartment in JP (Jamaica Plain)

Hi! We're looking for a third roommate (preferably a woman or someone part of the LGBTQ community) for a first-floor, 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Wyman St in Jamaica Plain for an October 1st lease start. Your rent would be $1150 + utilities (gas, electric, wifi) split between all of us. The apartment has two floors, with two bedrooms being on floor one, and the third being in the basement. We are looking to fill the smaller of the two first floor bedrooms. The second unit (upstairs) is occupied by the landlords who are friendly and very accessible. The apartment includes: Sunny modern apartment in a safe neighborhood with a great community feel Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars, and other services A large private porch Shared laundry (us and the landlords) in the basement free! Extra Storage in the basement Dishwasher Shared back yard Tandem off street parking and plenty of on street parking (with JP permit) Quick 6 min walk to Stony Brook Orange line station and other transit options nearby A little about us, A, 24, LGBTQ+ working professional at Boston Children's, also taking classes in preparation for graduate school. We have a quiet part-time small dog who does not bark. Second roommate is M, 22, civil engineer, musician. We enjoy video games and listening/playing music, hosting friends for dinner or game nights, but also quiet evenings. Respectful, kind, communicative and seeking same. Social but no heavy partying. The available bedroom is on the smaller side and probably not suitable for work from home. Landlord requires good credit. You would sign the lease - first, last and security required.
