Who Are We? We are a group of 12 people ranging in ages (29-47) looking for an amazing person to join our home and community. All of us have thrived in communal living situations before, we are all mindful and easy to live with, open-minded, and have very varied origin stories! As a community we choose to come together more organically rather than forced mandatory daily meals, but we're all very close, supportive of each other, and spend quality time together (even when we’re not ordered to shelter-in-place!) The Neighborhood Located on McAllister Street between Alamo Square and the Panhandle, this neighborhood has everything: :: Great brunch spots that the Marina bros haven’t discovered yet :: An organic market where the cashier doesn’t judge you for buying a load of vegetables one day and a 6-person supply of chocolate for one person the next The House :: Street parking, with residential parking permit available :: 1.5 baths per floor over two floors, with 1 Toto bidet on each floor. :: Washer and dryer on each floor :: A gorgeous kitchen on each floor :: Utilities are extra and around $100 a month :: Move-in cost is 1 month’s rent plus 1.5 months’ security deposit :: No couples or pets, sorry!
