I'm the manager/a tenant of a 6 bed/6 bath townhouse in Columbia Heights. I'm leasing out a room in the ground floor. The ground floor is a semi-detached apartment, featuring its own kitchen and sitting area. Its shares additional common areas with the rest of the house upstairs. Currently there are four roommates upstairs, all young, male professionals. We're a pretty active social group: we like to watch sports, throw parties and cookout. However, it's a pretty big house so rooms are easily quiet and it tends to be very quiet during the day - two of us work remotely. We're looking for a tenant who is neat, respectful, and is looking for a quality group of guys to live with.
