Move-in date: Flexible — October (early or mid preferred) or November. About the Apartment Spacious private bedroom Bathroom shared with just one roommate (third roommate has his own private bath = fewer conflicts!) Cozy living room with TV & couch available for use Spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space, organized pantry, and an electric grill In-unit laundry right outside the bedroom (no coins) Central AC & heat (water + heat included = no heating bill!) Roommates Two considerate and easy-going roommates who keep the apartment clean and comfortable. They’re respectful of shared spaces and friendly, making the home a welcoming place to live. Rent & Utilities Monthly Rent: $1112 Utilities: ~$50–80/month (split three ways) Upfront Costs (Standard Boston Move-In) Like most Boston rentals, the building requires: First month’s rent (pro-rated if you start mid-month) Security deposit (1 month’s rent) Last month’s rent (held on file) Lease transfer fee ($500, typically covered by the incoming tenant) Note: I’m open to discussing timing (mid-October move-in helps reduce your first payment) and potentially splitting the transfer fee to make things easier.
