Private entrance can be made available, if needed. Internet and air conditioning also available. Space would include mostly furnished living room with couches, chair, large screen television and gas fireplace in private living room and two unfurnished bedrooms. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom and other bedroom uses shared bathroom with any guests. One single adult only please. Responsible for one-half of the utilities, in addition to rent. Home located in very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood on cul-de-sac near many hiking/biking trails. Private outside area is also available, but is unfurnished. Dog is negotiable.
