It has a nice kitchenette, a living room with streaming TV. One of the two bedrooms is available with shared large bathroom. Always clean, safe and organized. Monthly housekeeper is included. Quiet and casual with one quality housemate. Light cooking ONLY. (Microwave, toaster oven and hot plate.) Washer/Dryer use included. Room is furnished with bed & dresser, but could be emptied if you have furniture. Sorry, no pets. Already two small trained dogs here to love. Utilities, internet, Netflix and housekeeping are $200 flat per month, making the total $1300 per month. Deposit $1300. A professional job outside the home is required. No smoking, drugs or drama. Looking for that rare perfect fit, male or female, that can be respectful, keep shared areas clean and pay rent on time.
