If you are a male with a full time job looking for a nice and quiet room to rent in a nice Livermore, this is a great option for you. There are three guys living here that have busy schedules and mainly stay in their rooms when they are home. So it feels like you are really sharing a big house with one other person. The room is furnished with a nice full size bed, closet, dresser, chair and tv. You can bring your own furniture if you want as well. The shared bathroom and kitchen are kept nice and clean at all times . We have a house keeper clean every couple weeks. The house and yard are very spacious. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and has close access to highway 580 and highway 84. It is a few mikes from downtown . You would have your own assigned parking spot and full use of the washer and dryer. The bills are an extra $150 a month which covers the electricity, water, garbage, highest speed internet, Netflix, cleaners and a long list of house supplies such as paper towels, tp, garbage bags, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent and several other items. There is no deposit or lease required. Just one month of rent to move in. Sorry but no pets or frequent overnight guests. You can have a guest 1-2 times a week.
