If you need complete silence and live like a hermit, this is probably not a fit for you. Furnished bedroom and furnished kitchen. $1050 per month, $1050 deposit, 1/4 of monthly utilities. No dogs or cats. Smoking outside only. We are a gay household but straight friendly and celebrate diversity. The patio has a large comfortable couch, outdoor TV, hammock, hot tub, dining area, bbq. Sometimes we have DJs or live bands that play here. We host holiday dinners and bbq’s. This is a duplex and you will have access to both kitchens, both bathrooms, both living rooms.
