I have a bedroom to rent out to a senior citizen, woman preferably. Offering a room in my 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home in a quiet and well maintained senior living community. It’s fully furnished (includes provided TV and internet) and ready to move into. The monthly rent is $1000 plus half the water, power and gas after the first month. A security deposit of 1000.00 is required. No pets, drugs, alcohol and no smoking. The room is rented on a month to month basis that could be renegotiated at a later date. Home is clean and well kept. I do have one indore cat living with me. If you have a vehicle the parking is a shared carport. It’s a clean and gated senior community. This is a perfect place for an elderly person who’s looking for a peaceful place to live. No overnight guest. I have a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen to share.
