Your rent includes all utilities, HOA, and access to my cable television line-up (Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, AMC+) etc, kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher and double garage. Background check/proof of income. I am a 100% Italian woman and very family oriented. The bedroom is unfurnished but I can help furnish it. I would like your tenancy to be LONG TERM. No pets or children and no overnight visitors. I am a laid-back woman. Retired. Happy. No drama please. I want to meet you face-to-face as well.
