Hey all, We are looking for people ASAP! We have a room for rent. You can share it or you can rent the entire room for yourself. We have a 2bed 2bath apartment in Parkmerced towers. We have a bedroom available with a closet and a shared bathroom. This is a bedroom. There are only two people in the house. We are pretty chill, busy with our schedules, clean and relaxed people in the house. We are looking for similar type of person(s). Building is about 12 mins walking distance to SFSU. There is a shopping strip in 5 minutes distance with a supermarket, taqueria, papa John’s, hall of fame, coin laundry, smoke shop, coffee shop, Wells Fargo ATM and a sports bar. Building is conveniently located for public transportation. Muni stops 28, 57, 29 and M line are all within walking distance. Daly City bart is next stop and 5 mins away from the building. Rent: $1100 including utilities for the entire room for yourself. It can also be shared for $1300 if you wish. Perfect for SFSU or CCSF students or anyone :) We also have a huge living room available in our apartment. Let me know if you are interested in renting out the huge living room which can be easily shared by two people. If you want to rent the huge living room all for yourself then its only $900 including utilities. There is a laundry in the building. Gym is in the lobby.
