Basement room that comes with it's own bathroom/living room area. House comes with AC, a water softener, whole house filtration, and a humidifier hooked up into the HVAC system. I am an engineer with a dog working at Schriever and my dog is a lab mix that lounges around the house. Preferably looking for someone working on one of the local bases or someone with a clearance but open to anyone that's clean and isn't going to destroy my basement.
