Hi there, Are you a clean, responsible, fun loving, eco-conscious, community oriented, down to earth, heart centered person craving a safe, peaceful living environment with views, nature, hiking trails, a community garden, furry pet critters, community dinners and don't mind the occasional Air B&B guest? (The Air B&B comes with a separate kitchenette, bathroom and living space that is actually not shared with residents of the main house). I have a large, beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home in Pecos, just 20 mins SE of Santa Fe. I'm seeking 2 like minded individuals to share my home with. The perfect housemates would be down to earth, good communication, honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, playfulness and a good sense of humor is a plus! Cleanliness is a must... The ideal persons would be someone who genuinely wants to live outside of town in nature, who's "community oriented" and would be comfortable sharing space with myself and another housemate or 2. I would also prefer someone with a healthy, holistic lifestyle similar to my own.. Organic clean diet (since we'll be sharing a kitchen and hopefully some meals. And must love animals!! I have a small terrier/toy poodle mix (2 years) and a medium size mix breed (2 years).. I also have a Peruvian Bengal cat named Puma. I have 2 furnished bedrooms available for rent Sept 1st. Each room comes with a private bathroom. You will have your own private entrance and parking as well. Kitchen and living space are shared with myself and another housemate/s. My home sits on 3.75 acres with gorgeous mountain views, a grassy back yard, a grassy courtyard with a water fountain, garden, hot tub, horses and hiking trails right outside the front door.. The property is on a compound shared by a young man in his early 30's who's a fire fighter/paramedic for Santa Fe county. He lives in the rental downstairs. In the guest house is my fun loving mother who is a professional world renowned artist/writer and storyteller in her mid 70's. Next door we have a massage therapist and her partner who is a builder/welder/fabricator/artisan. I am an intuitive spiritual coach, shamanic practitioner and ceremonial facilitator.. Occasionally we get together for potlucks, bonfires and community gatherings :) Lastly, please no heavy drinkers, cigarette smokers, drugs or drama. In the winter time, AWD is not necessary if you have good snow tires but "snow tires" are highly recommended... Asking $1000/month for the large room and $900/mo for the smaller room. This includes all utilities ~ water, wifi, trash, electric, propane, and wood. I only require a $500 security/cleaning/damage deposit. $100 will automatically be deducted from the deposit for a cleaning fee when you move out. The rest will be refundable. References may be requested. Month to month is Ok but prefer individuals looking for something at least 6 months.
