Lean and Continuous Improvement: Help maintain all lean enterprise initiatives, including 1+5S, TPM, and VSM requirements, supporting overall process efficiency and safety. Production Sign-off: Sign off on all completed department production before transferring items to the next production stage. Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team leader. Requirements Required: Proven experience in manufacturing leadership.
