Monthly events and team outings and a focus on recognizing great work makes this a place worth staying. OUR INDUSTRY LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE • $19 to $22.50 an hour in the team lead position. Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more depending on the level of experience, overall attitude & aptitude. • Tips: average $750 to $1250+ per month (approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more) • Performance Incentive Pay (Bonuses for positive reviews/employee referrals/customer referrals) • W2 employee (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt • Bonuses for referring/recruiting new employees ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: • In order to be insured as a driver, you must be 21 years of age or older and have at least two years driving experience • Must be able to pass a background check • Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people • Must be able to work at least 3 days a week. • Having your own reliable means of transportation is a plus. Our offices are walking distance from MARTA train station. • College degree or currently enrolled is a bonus but definitely not required.
