R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.  The Studio Manager at R2Net plays an important role in overseeing the efficient flow of products through our manufacturing process. This detail-oriented individual will support the production team to deliver open orders every day and support the management team in identifying and enabling continuous improvement initiatives. The goal is to oversee the day to day delivery and help eliminate hurdles faced by the team. The Studio Manager can expect their time to be equally divided between regular responsibilities and project work.   Responsibilities:  Manage a diverse team of skilled workers, including the development, productivity and performance  Manage day to day manufacturing operations to oversee work according to standard processes and successful delivery of orders  Work with team and management to test, improve and rollout process changes  Collaborate with cross functional teams providing technical feedback to skilled workers  Monitor and report on KPIs to understand factory performance and drive improvement   Optimize production output through process, training and tool development  Work with training to ensure all team members are aware of quality, speed and production standards, trained on them, and meeting these expectations  Help to troubleshoot issues in manufacturing and then create wholistic solutions  Work closely with the QC assurance team and be aware of any quality issues that can deviate production lead times.   Monitor inventory levels of tools and equipment for the workshop.  Manage, order and track raw materials such as solders, wire, and finding components.  Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing necessary precautions  Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in jewelry manufacturing and managing business operations, with a deep understanding of jewelry production spaces.  Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages (preferred strong written in both languages)  Well-developed and high level of emotional intelligence   Experience mentoring a team  Detail oriented in presenting necessary information and communication to support team member’s work.  Proactive approach to management and capable of identifying the need for training and developing team members  Works with a sense of urgency and respect  Ability to analyze and showcase critical thinking skills.  Customer centric and service oriented.  Must be an accomplished jeweler, including polishing, benchwork and setting.   Benefits At R2Net, many of our roles offer a high-quality, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, paid time off, retirement planning and opportunities for career advancement. Role Summary The Production Assistant supports the technical and logistical needs of all church gatherings, including Sunday services, worship nights, conferences, and other special events. The Production Assistant will help with the load-in, operation, and load-out of production equipment; prepare stage elements such as microphones and monitors; and support AVL positions during services, including ProPresenter, camera, audio, lighting, and video switching as trained. This role also involves assisting with equipment inventory, storage, and troubleshooting, while supporting volunteer teams through preparation, training, and communication. In addition to providing critical production support, this position is designed to be a learning opportunity, offering exposure to a wide range of production skills and hands-on experience in a ministry context. The Production Assistant will work closely with the Production Manager and Technical Director to grow in technical ability, teamwork, and leadership within the production team.
