Seeking Full-Time Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years OTR Driving Experience (will consider 18 months if insurance approves) About the Role: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to join our growing team. This is a long-haul driving position requiring extended time on the road, with routes covering multiple states. Our ideal candidate is a professional driver who is comfortable being away from home. Our ideal shift would be over the road for 8 days, returning home and taking two to three days off, and then heading back out on the road with a new load. We are committed to safety, punctuality, and efficiency. Pay rate is between $.35 to .50 per mile, we have constant freight and will require 3 round-trips per month as a non-negotiable term. Pay is 1099 only, and you are considered an independent contractor. We do not offer W2 employment or any benefits at this time.
