At TransWest we believe our people are the key to making us successful on a daily basis, so we want to invest in you!  Compensation:   $27.75 - $35.75/ hour with a $5,000 sign on bonus  Pay range is inclusive of potential safety bonus, years of experience, CDL class, and endorsements. Premium pay:  $2.00 / Hour additional when driving a school bus route  $1.00 / Hour additional when driving a motorcoach route  Benefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance  401k with matching  Annual pay raises  Quarterly safety performance bonuses  Holiday pay  Uniforms provided  Paid Time Off with increasing amounts based on your years of service  Paid DOT medical card & physicals   Responsibilities:  Transport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely and reliably   Conduct daily vehicle safety checks on assigned vehicles and report any defects in a timely manner; complete all required operations documentation fully and accurately daily  Create a welcoming environment and deliver seamless experience for corporate commuters  Must be professional and safety minded  Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and fuel equipment as necessary  Provide excellent customer service in every interaction  Maintain vehicle cleanliness   Requirements:  Must be at least 21 years of age  Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record  CDL Class A, B or C License  Passenger Endorsement Current/Active DOT Medical Card  Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test  Enjoy people and excel at customer service  Able to communicate proficiently in English  Able to work independently, yet able to take direction  Able to pass a criminal background check   TransWest Culture: Come join our close-knit team. Infleqtion is on a mission to commercialize atom-based quantum technologies that deliver orders-of-magnitude improvements in sensing and computing applications. Working in our production area, this role will be responsible for assembling sub-components, sub-systems and complete products in Infleqtion’s commercial product line and the production of development and commercial prototypes.  This role requires good manual dexterity, ability to conduct visual inspections, understanding of mechanical, electrical, and optical engineering equipment, and commitment to follow all safety processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. Depending on business needs, this role may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. Independently build and integrate complex optical, vacuum, mechanical, and electrical hardware with minimal instruction. Develop, refine, and document assembly processes, work instructions, and SOPs in collaboration with engineers. Lead by example in maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality. Create and review technical solid models and drawings Lead design reviews and incorporate remarks into drawing revisions Develop inspection methods and create inspection forms for custom parts Support product and part management, including creating ECOs for products Conduct inspection throughout manufacturing processes to ensure proper build and that quality standards are achieved Perform receiving and in-process inspections of mechanical, electrical and optical components and subassemblies using a variety of instruments Perform maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe work area Support production line maintenance, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting Identifies and works with other team members on process improvements Other duties or projects as assigned Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in precision hardware assembly (optics, vacuum, or high-reliability electromechanical systems) Associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related fields Demonstrated ability to work independently with incomplete instructions, leveraging engineering drawings, models, and prior experience. Experience with handling of delicate components and equipment, including precision optics, semi-conductor, and fiber optic components Experience training and mentoring others in technical assembly or inspection. Strong understanding of manufacturing quality principles (inspection, GD&T, traceability, process documentation). Comfortable balancing hands-on fabrication with process improvement and knowledge transfer.
