Experience Previous experience as a driver in roles such as Paratransit, delivery driver, school bus driving, or limousine services is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers and team members. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Experience in customer service is highly valued. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during passenger assistance. Familiarity with bus driving or van driving regulations is a plus.
