What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or digital analytics within a high-growth consumer brand or eCommerce environment. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with demand planning tools (Vanguard a plus) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
