Responsibilities: • Safely operate a Class A flatbed commercial vehicle to transport goods. • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer. • Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight. • Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with all DOT regulations. • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. • Handle freight properly to prevent damage during transit. Qualifications: • Valid CDL Class A license. • Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience (mandatory) • Clean driving record with no recent major violations. • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening. • Strong understanding of safety procedures and road regulations. • Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills. Communicate with other drivers and staff using two-way radios and/or cellular phones 6. Assist Transportation Department staff with transportation related duties California Class B or Class C Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement, must be able to driver vehicle up to 26,000 Lbs. 2+ years of Commercial Driving Experience required.
