Write summary scopes of service work or Equipment sales in Service Manager. Write requests and follow up on change orders. Read and plan both short-term and long-term construction schedules. Participate in Pre-Con and job site meetings. Read ahead/assess the job percentage of completion to coach/assist job leads, ensuring that both short-term and long-term schedules are met or exceeded. Gathering information: Using the internet/phone/files/company software to gather information for job estimates or existing jobs. Software: DTools – Estimating Software ProCore Great Plains Dynamics with Wennsoft Service/Job Cost – Accounting Software that also tracks service calls and job installs.
