We are looking for drivers to run ANY of our dedicated lanes meaning to run Open Board on our dedicated lanes. This position will be to cover any lanes that need covering which could be due to added lanes, drivers off. -Company Driving Positions, Only Solo, No Teams -No openings right now for Owner Operators -No Touch, No Hazmat, No Border Crossing -Automotive Freight -Long Term Dedicated Contracts -NO HOME DAILY RUNS AVAILABLE -All lanes start in Livonia, MI and end up back in Livonia, MI -Pay includes average 15 Saturdays a year. Saturday work depends on the plants, and we work when they work. It is not Monday-Friday only. -Orientation-option: online or in office -Newer Equipment (Volvo Trucks), In house Maintenance and on-site Fuel Pump, Pilot/FlyingJ -All units are equipped with PeopleNet Elog -Weekly Pay-After 2 weeks, first check on the 3rd Friday then pay every Friday once you get past that -2,700-3,000 miles average., open board (running any of the lanes) -Option of 1099 or W2 -We don't do east coast/west coast. States we have routes to AL, GA, IL, IN, OH, TN, TX -We have Volvos, automatic for OTR and manual daycabs for local -No paid holidays. SECURITY RESPOSIBILITIES Responsible for the Safety and Well-being of Pat’s at Punalu’u Condominium; Owners, Residents, Guests/Visitors, Vendors and Staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Monitoring flow of pedestrian and vehicular traffic through property and common areas: • Assisting Residents, Guests, and Contractors, while they are on property • Watching for and initiating contact with unwanted individuals and activity • Documenting all incidents and notifying management in a timely manner • Notifying HPD when required (i.e. Property Damage, Domestic, Theft and/or Trespass) • Notifying EMS when required (i.e. Injury and/or Illness) • Notifying HFD when required (i.e. Fire) • Locating and securing unsafe, hazardous areas on property • Performs other duties as directed by the Security Manager Monitoring of Move-Ins and Move-Outs on property: • Set up and breaking down of padding in designated elevators • Inspections of common areas before and after moves • Documenting any and all damages; including names and phone numbers of responsible parties for follow-up of repairs.
