Position: Maintenance Supervisor (Ammonia Refrigeration) Type: Salary Reports to: Maintenance Manager Education: GED (Min.) This working supervisor oversees and actively participates in the work of 10-12 ammonia refrigeration techs. (Direct reports).  The role partners with process maintenance, production, & quality to ensure 24/7 ammonia refrigeration systems meet the needs of site operations. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and primarily works M-F schedule, with flexibility to cover early/ late shift, short-notice overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed Specific Duties / Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee daily ammonia refrigeration operations.
