In this critical role, you will oversee both the warehouse management and transportation logistics for our local food distribution efforts. You will ensure that fresh, high-quality local products reach schools, hospitals, and community organizations in a timely manner. About the Role As the Warehouse & Trucking Manager, you will develop and implement efficient processes to maximize warehouse operations and coordinate transportation logistics, managing all aspects of our distribution network. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOT, and internal company policies. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience,. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with RF scanning technology is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrate ability to lead by example in a team-oriented, high-volume operation. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. OSHA training/certification is highly desirable.
