Maintenance Tech Multifamily Apartment employment type: full-time starting rate (doe) is $18-$19 first 90 days then $19 or $20 DOE or $21 (Plumbing skills)+. We will also pay towards your medical insurance up to $350 per month. Basic skills in HVAC (replace filters, thermostats, clean or replace thermocouple, identify problem, drain water lines, etc).
