WAREHOUSE LEAD We are looking for an organized and thorough Warehouse Lead to manage our warehouse operation. We have approximately 645 beverage and snack items – non-refrigerated and refrigerated. The candidate must have at least two years of warehouse experience and be dependable, reliable, and honest. We are a DSD organization located in Tualatin and service the greater Portland Metro area and into Southwest Washington. We distribute and merchandise not in every account but in many independent and C-Store accounts. CDL not required Stock and rotate inventory using FIFO (first in first out) standards Picking up palletized and non-palletized orders from local suppliers Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Performing warehouse inventory controls and maintaining quality standards for inventory audits. Packing products based on customer preferences and company guidelines. Ensuring the integrity of the final product by preventing damage / reporting damaged product to the office manager. Keep the warehouse environment safe and clean. Perform basic routine maintenance on equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, coolers, etc). Responsible for communicating maintenance needs of equipment. Requirements Two years warehouse experience Valid driver’s license Good driving record with no traffic violations Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and transport up to 50lbs Ability to operate dolly, forklifts, and pallet jacks in a variety of seasonal weather and traffic conditions Ability to read, write and speak English fluently High school degree Criminal history - we address on a case by case basis.
