Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Safely operate tanker trucks transporting bulk liquid materialsÂ
Load and unload using hoses, pumps, and valves with strict safety protocolsÂ
Conduct and document pre- and post-trip inspectionsÂ
Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and inspection reportsÂ
Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customersÂ
Adhere to DOT, EPA, and all applicable safety and regulatory guidelinesÂ
Represent Altom with professionalism during customer interactionsÂ
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A LicenseÂ
Tanker Endorsement (N) â RequiredÂ
Hazmat Endorsement (H) â Preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire; assistance available)Â
TWIC Card â Preferred (or must obtain after hire)Â
Minimum 1 year of verifiable tanker driving experienceÂ
At least 23 years of ageÂ
Clean MVR and strong safety recordÂ
Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background checkÂ
Dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independentlyÂ
Willing to work flexible schedules, including 24/7 operations if neededÂ
