Guaranteed 34 hour reset at HOME weekly Running lane is TN, OK, MO, KS, AR and NE Drivers will run dedicated from Bridgeton, MO then directly to distribution center Automatic 2022 and newer Freightliner Cascadia’s 3 day orientation at closest terminal Mostly night driving picking up load at night and delivering to dedicated store in AM. Average 1750 miles a week Requirements 3 Months OTR or Regional in the last 36 months No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months Can never have failed or refused a DOT Drug/Alcohol test – no SAP drivers. No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years No DUI/Felonies/Misdemeanors in the past 5 years Max number of jobs based on experience: 6-12 months no more than 4 jobs in the last year 12-24 months no more than 6 jobs in the last 24 months 24+ no more than 8 jobs in the last 36 months Benefits Drivers starting pay .58-.67CPM (based on experience) $1400 a week average $20 stop pay.  $50 driver assist pay. You will be running OTR making deliveries in 48’-53’ flatbed trailers on a  dedicated power lane coast to coast.  Great earning potential of over $1300. Job Details Dedicated power lanes.  Laredo, TX to Gaffney, SC.  Gaffney, SC to Indiana.  Indiana to Texas. Texas to Portland, OR.  Oregon to SoCal.  SoCal back out east.  48’ to 53’ Flatbed Trailers Home every 2 to 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset. Orientation at closest terminal (Laredo, TX, Greer, SC, Gary, IN) The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Average miles a week is 2500. Requirements Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours. Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years. Cannot have been terminated from last job. No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years – safety to review all criminal history. Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years maximum.  Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. Benefits $1300+ average weekly pay .48 - .61 per mile based on experience. $65 tarping pay. $140 securement training per day. Training is 1 week on-site at the terminal. Job Description: We pickup recycling at shippers, then deliver to the paper mills and ship out rolls from the mills to converters, this job requires someone dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team. This lane is between Henderson. KY, to St. Louis. (area), Cedar Rapids, Chicago, St Joseph, MO. The average miles are between 2500 and 3000 per week. 50% drop and hook, 50% live unload. Out 2 - 3 weeks at a time. Duties Include: 1. Transportation: - Pickup and deliver loads safely and on time. - Follow scheduled routes or adjust based on instructions and traffic conditions. 2. Vehicle Maintenance: - Preform dot inspections daily (oil, tire pressure, brakes, lights, etc.). - Report issues and schedule maintenance as needed to keep the truck in working order. 3. Loading and Unloading: - Drop/Hook trailers. - Securely load and unload cargo to prevent damage. 4. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records (elogs, mileage, fuel, customer signatures). - Ensure proper documentation for all deliveries of transportation activities. 5. Customer Service: - Communicate with clients, customers, in a professional and courteous manner. - Handle complaints or issues when they arise and report back to management if needed. 6. Compliance: - Follow traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies. - Maintain a valid driver's license and medical card and any necessary endorsements. 7.
