National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are currently looking to hire a Front Desk Assistant for our location in Northbrook, IL. Job Summary As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service while performing essential duties in a supportive team atmosphere such as the following: Greet guests and residents with a friendly, welcoming attitude Handle packages (may include some light to moderate lifting) Collaborate with security, maintenance, and management teams as needed Complete simple reports related to your shift and any incidents Use company apps for scheduling and basic reporting Working Hours: Monday Through Friday 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Initial Compensation: $17.00 per hour (biweekly pay) Qualifications: Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred but not required Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality Must pass a background check and drug screening We are seeking a fluent English and Spanish speaker to join our team and support a diverse client base.
