Requirements A high school diploma is required; additional education or certifications in quality assurance or facility management are a plus. Proven experience in janitorial quality assurance. Bi-lingual in Spanish. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with team members and clients. Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions. Familiarity with janitorial industry standards and cleaning procedures. Tech-savvy with experience in quality management software and MS Office applications. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and quality service.
