The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess the ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met. The work week is Monday-Friday. The shift typically starts at 5pm and ends at 1am. You will start your shift from home and finish your shift at home. You are not required to come into the office on a daily basis. Requirements High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry. 6 months of related experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team Energetic, hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented with a willing to learn attitude. Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus! Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement. CRM experience preferred. Outgoing Shipments & Packaging Quality Verify that all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled, packaged, and compliant with order and quality specifications. Cross-check shipping documentation (e.g., purchase orders, packing slips) against physical shipments. Report and help resolve any shipping or packaging issues with the Warehouse and Logistics teams. Continuous Improvement & Support Activities Assist with manufacturing systems aimed at improving product quality and reducing variability. Support investigations into quality incidents and customer complaints by helping gather data and perform root cause analysis. Participate in internal audits as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready records of all inspection and testing activities. Communicate inspection results and quality concerns effectively to stakeholders, including Quality, Purchasing, and Production.
