Long-term position; room for growth. Requirements Must have experience soldering with lead free and leaded solder, remove and replace SMT components by hand. Install Electronic components demonstrating proper component identification and placement. Position Summary: This position will emphasize a focus in our Whey facility where we manufacture several products. This position will monitor, act upon, and assist others with internal and external audits, customer feedback, process performance, product conformance, preventive and correction actions, and changes that affect the quality and business management systems.  Assist with putting in place tests to determine quality of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products. Control process and product performance through the management of tests, documentation of procedures, and education and training of employees. Maintain quality system and related customer requirements Maintain quality manual and control procedures ·         Comply with all processes and procedures of the BRC to assure safe, quality product Ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation, monitoring, and continual improvement of quality system processes Determine the monitoring and measurement to be undertaken to provide evidence of conformity to product specifications Maintain the processes involved with the calibration of measuring and monitoring devices used to ensure conformity of product specifications Maintain an effective audit program, taking into consideration the status and importance of the processes and areas to be audited, as well as the results of previous audits Maintain records of the nature of nonconformities and of any subsequent actions taken, and ensure involvement of appropriate personnel to address these situations Work with others to determine the necessary competence for personnel performing work affecting product quality Maintain appropriate records of education, training, skills and experience Assist with communication regarding the effectiveness of the quality management system via meetings, corrective and preventive actions and project teams Communicate ongoing quality performance summaries through company meetings and company bulletin boards Schedule Requirements Normal:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Required if needed to complete any essential Job Function:  Saturday and Sunday Non-essential Job Functions Other duties as required or directed will occasionally arise. Quality-Related Duties ● Review 3rd party analytical lab reports and in-house lab results, comparing them to finished product specification sheets to authorize product release. ● Reject any component or product if specifications are not met. ● Review and approve components, labels, packaging materials, and ingredients for conformance to specifications. ● Authorize treatments, in-progress treatments, and rework/reprocessing of materials to correct specification deviations, including alk blend and leftover batch material processing. ● Release products from quarantine based on test results. ● Ensure all analytical processes meet cGMP CFR 110 and 111 requirements, as well as state and federal regulations. ● Verify quality and safety of raw materials, in-progress samples, and finished products through in-house potency and residual solvent testing using HPLC and GC-MS. ● Perform shelf-life validations via accelerated studies or retention sample analysis.
