Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Therapy Team Lead (SLP, OT, or PT) to play a pivotal role in launching and expanding our pediatric therapy services in the Austin area. This salaried position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient care and ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will initially carry a small caseload, with a strong focus on growing the therapy census and recruiting and mentoring additional clinicians. As the team grows, this role will transition into a more administrative leadership position. Responsibilities: Provide direct pediatric therapy services in a home health setting Manage and grow a personal patient caseload Collaborate with the clinical director and recruiting team to expand the local therapy team Provide support, training, and mentorship to newly hired therapists Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal policies and procedures Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical development Transition into a team management/administrative role as the caseload and team grow Requirements Current licensure in the state of Texas as an SLP, OT, or PT Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience, preferably in home health Demonstrated leadership skills or prior experience in a lead or supervisory role Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Passion for working with children and their families Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience building or managing a therapy caseload/team Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Knowledge of EMR systems and therapy documentation standards Benefits Weekly pay - We pay our team weekly so you can enjoy a steady income.
