Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of experience in exercise physiology or a comparable role. CPR/First Aid/AED certification (as safety is our top priority). Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) certification required. Additional certifications, such as NSCA Certified Special Population Specialist (CSPS) or Health Coaching Certification, are highly desirable.
