The right candidate will have 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction. Path is looking for people with great technical skills, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Duties for Project Managers include: Leading and managing a project team in building a successful project, managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, cost control, scheduling, tracking submittals, safety controls, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality. Development Manager
Overview The Development Manager is an integral part of WS and will report to leadership on the Development team. This role will work within assigned teams, providing overall project support and ensuring project success.
